Youth are the active and influential part of our society, and it is our duty to invest in their energy, ideas, and creativity, activating their role as genuine partners in public life, whether on a social, political, or economic level. This involves building the capabilities of young people, enhancing a culture of initiative, and promoting volunteer work. Therefore, the Union Forum for Studies and Research has decided to welcome all youth initiatives with open arms, study each one individually, and provide suitable conditions for adopting

Among the key programs that the Union Forum for Studies and Research will seek to implement in this field are:

Panel discussions on the importance of initiatives, small and medium projects, and self-employment.
Training young people in mastering the skills of designing and managing small and micro projects, and assisting them in accessing developmental institutions that support initiatives and projects.
Programs and workshops to enhance the capacities of young people to enter the local and Arab job markets
Promoting a culture of dialogue among young people aged (18-36), connecting them with experienced individuals
from various official and private institutions and decision-makers to address key national challenges and provide them with the opportunity to propose solutions from a youth perspective.
